The GHMBH pageant is known as the best annual event organized and planned with the vision to highlight and acknowledge the talent and beauty within young women originating from Ghana in The Netherlands. The event aims to bring out the best qualities from the young pageant hopefuls such as their talents, goals, public speaking skills, commitment to public service, personal modeling achievements and drive for success.

The winners of GHMBH will win an educational scholarship worth over 10.000 euros.

This scholarship will offer the contestants the chance to enhance their education; the opportunities to represent their communities and, the sponsors of the pageants during their reigning year enhance their career aspirations as well as the economic prospects of the participating businesses.

The GHMBH, Beauty Pageant will present the opportunity of a life-time for aspiring young Ghanaian women in Holland; young intelligent, committed, talented, and beautiful women. The GHMBH winner will be a role model and inspiration to young women in the Netherlands, helping them believe that anything and everything is achievable.

GHMBH pageant is organized by the Foundation “Stichting Afuntum Mmireku  (SAM’en). Our aim is to bring out the best qualities of young Diaspora ladies in the Netherlands. Organisation  Profile.

The GHMBH is organised by St SAM’en which constist of young Ghanaian volunteers and  strong-minded individuals with high intensity in social and culture awareness and all have the aspiration to give back to the community. They are highly organised and result-oriented individuals with academic and professional experience in marketing, sales, risk, and quality management, and in-depth knowledge of strategic marketing and analytics.

As pro-active volunteers in the Ghanaian community they have acquired an excellent knowledge and understanding of business, finance, and event management. Furthermore, they have proven track records in developing, planning and managing beauty pageant projects and an outstanding ability to write and analyse reports and professionally deliver presentations to small and large audiences.

The GHMBH pageant is a major event and attraction held for the Ghanaian community in the Netherlands. Emphasizing Beauty, Culture, Determination, and Intellect the GHMBH pageant is a personal development opportunity for women from Ghana in the Netherlands. The contestant will gain confidence and poise in an increasingly competitive world. The pageant provides each contestant the opportunity to grow and advance her personal and career goals while acting as a role model in her community.

Vision.

The GHMBH pageant is recognized as the premiere Pageant in the Ghanaian community in the Netherlands in the future for young Ghanaian/Dutch women. As such, the GHMBH pageant is a vehicle for personal development and promotion of cultural appreciation.
