The organisation was founded on 12th September, 2000. It is mainly a women’s group which carry out interventions in several areas for the improvement of the situation of migrant women in Amsterdam. WIPSA is responsible for the organisation of ‘Dance with the Kings Festival’ and other youth programmes.
